Franchise Business Review of Kittery, Maryland, is a national franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and franchise buyer experiences. According to FBR President, Eric Stites, "Despite all the doom and gloom economic news, the top franchise companies are still performing well. Our 2009 Top Franchises Guide features 115 franchise opportunities that have received outstanding owner satisfaction ratings by their franchisees - the real franchise experts." In this, the second year Franchise Business Review has published the Top Franchise Guide, 115 franchise companies were identified as having very strong franchisee satisfaction.
