Get Stuck With the Right Stock

One marketer said that notepads are only as good as the paper they’re printed on. Without excellent quality paper stock for your notepad printing, you’ll lose a great deal of leads that would have otherwise become some of your most valuable clients.

You wouldn’t want to be known as the company who gives out low quality and cheap notepads, would you? You wouldn’t want your notepad printing to look like it’s more worthy of the bottom pit of the garbage can than on top of the desks of your clients and prospects. And definitely, you wouldn’t want your notepad to fall to pieces even with a just a few drops of liquid spilt into it.

Since your notepad would be used in many of your office and promotional work, it would do you well to remember to put stock on the right stock. Don’t skimp on this one; an excellent quality stock can provide you leverage when it comes to promoting a good image to your target clients. People in general believe that professional companies produce print notepads. Since it’s a very important accessory to have in business, it is therefore imperative that you have properly utilized every strategy to produce the right notepads for your business.

The type of stock you use for your paper material will surely affect the outcome of your notepad printing. From the standard white to the high quality and glossy ones, your paper stock, (especially if it’s recycled paper) speaks well of your company and its values. What you have chosen for your paper stock to represent your business in your notepads will surely convey to your target audience how you conduct your business.

Some paper stock would have glossy fronts while regular paper can be found at the back side; while others would have glossy finish both at the front and back of the notepad. Whatever you decide on, just remember to choose the most appropriate material that would amply work on the goal you would want to achieve, on the budget you have for your marketing efforts. It won’t do you well even if you want to have a glossy finish all over your print job if your budget doesn’t allow for it.

You can also ask your print provider for the best paper stock to use. They can help you select the stock that would make a great impact on your target clients. They can either provide you with their list of stock available in their shop; or they can also offer to look for the best one to suit your specific needs.

No matter the stock of your choice, always remember one thing: your paper stock represents the kind of business and company you have. It represents the image you would want to have on your clients and prospects. So choose wisely. Make sure you have the right paper for your notepad printing needs.
