Outsourcing as an industry is still developing , it will not be right to seek other avenues in place of established centers at the moment due to cost or long term strategic reasons as still the impact arising due to outsourcing is to be seen and analysed on many a fronts such as internal markets ,jobs , service provider and contractor / client relationship ,sustainable quality in long run and cost / overhead issues ,benefits, Impact on R/D , growth and other issues .
Destinations like Vietnam, Ukraine.. etc are emerging fast as possible contenders and asking for a portion of the pie ,but the effort / infrastructure / work culture / processes and cost of developing these can out perform the benefit the outsourcing with established players in a country like India can provide where outsourcing has already reached maturity levels.Cost alone can't be a catalyst for such changes so in the near future a major change in the outsourcing strategy is unseen but still due to strategic reasons some shift may take place .
